Terms of Service

By using or accessing any part of onleeSentinel applications (the “Service”), You agree that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein. If You do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service. If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, You represent that You have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Description of Service
onleeSentinel applications are offered and provided subject to these Terms and solely for Your business purposes within Google Workspace. You may connect to the Service using any Internet browser supported by Google Workspace.
The Service operates within your Google Workspace environment and utilizes your Google account for authentication. The Service connects to your Google Alert Center to assist you in visualizing, monitoring, and managing security incidents within your domain. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your Google Workspace account configuration and for ensuring you have the necessary administrative permissions to view sensitive alert data.
Modifications
- To these Terms: onleeSentinel reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
- To the Service: onleeSentinel may make changes to the Service from time to time, including the release of new tools and resources (e.g., Weekly Reports, Advanced Filtering). Such new features shall be subject to these Terms.
Use of the Service
- Access to Service: Access is available to the Customer and designated end users (typically Admin/SecOps) within their Google Workspace domain. Customer is solely responsible for managing the permissions granted to onleeSentinel (specifically the OAuth scopes) and revoking such permissions when Customer ceases use of the Service.
- License to Customer: Subject to Customer’s compliance with these Terms and the Google Acceptable Use Policy, onleeSentinel hereby grants Customer a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service, solely for Customer’s own internal security monitoring use.
Restrictions on Use
You shall not and shall not permit others to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service;
- Rent, lease, sell, assign, or transfer rights in the Service;
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels;
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Use the Service in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.
